Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips; forecast and update milestones.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems are utilized; ensure application of best practice on all projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously to apply approved design standards.
  • •Manage interfaces and information flow with suppliers and project teams via monthly trackers, weekly reviews, meetings, and written communications; respond to RFIs and provide technical support as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable degree, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills to collaborate effectively with a broader team.
  • •Effective presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
