Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute PMO Office functions, including transformation planning, reporting, control, and change management.
  • •Maintain and manage the RAID framework, ensuring effective dependency management.

  • •Proficiency in RAID log management and steering committee executive reporting.
  • •Thorough understanding of Project SDLC/governance and the ability to chair steering committee meetings.
