Job Summary

Own day-to-day relationships for a major, high-revenue client, serving as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship manager and main point of contact between the assigned major client and internal departments.
•Manage one or more client accounts with several million dollars in annual revenue by understanding the client’s business processes.
•Own end-to-end issue resolution by investigating, escalating, addressing, and resolving client complaints, concerns, and workflow issues.
•Coordinate with internal Sales, Creative, IT, and Operations teams to define clear project specifications and production requirements.
•Evaluate when to commit to expedited shipping or print production overtime to meet client timing and delivery requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar field, with 3 to 5 years of related client service/business experience or training.

•Ability to manage projects independently from inception through delivery in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
•Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, ERP, and retail/client-specific proprietary systems.
