Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom as a Spanish Immersion Assistant Guide, working with infants, toddlers, and children ages 3–6. Help observe children, prepare and maintain an engaging, orderly learning environment, and support individualized and small-group activities. Build respectful relationships with children and families while collaborating with Lead Guides to strengthen classroom community. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
