Senior Workday Integrations Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust Workday HCM integrations (People and Payroll). Utilize Workday Studio, EIB, Connectors, and RaaS to connect HRIS with internal systems and external vendors. Drive AI/ML-enabled extensions on Workday Extend, ensure secure data flow, monitoring, and ILM governance across the enterprise integration landscape.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Workday integrations using a variety of tools (Workday Studio, EIB, Connectors, RaaS, Orchestrate)
•Serve as the technical expert for Workday integrations with internal systems and external vendors, ensuring data accuracy and security
•Drive the development of Workday Extend and AI-enabled solutions to automate HR processes
•Implement monitoring, error handling, and performance tuning for production Workday integrations and champion ILM best practices
•Collaborate with HR/People Technology analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience specializing in Workday HCM Integrations
•Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB (Inbound/Outbound), Core Connectors, and RaaS
•Proven ability to design and optimize complex integrations using multiple protocols (e.g., SFTP, Web Services, PECI)
•Experience with Workday Extend and building custom applications with orchestrations
•Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities or intelligent agents within Workday to streamline processes
