Job Summary

Drive vulnerability management across infrastructure, cloud, network, and workplace environments within Edenred’s Global IT Compliance & Security organization. Own vulnerability assessment platform operations (scan configuration/schedules, authentication, asset coverage, reporting dashboards), coordinate assessments, and analyze findings to validate results and prioritize risk. Partner with security and technology teams to remediate to SLA commitments, track progress, and deliver monthly KPIs and governance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and administer the group vulnerability management assessment platform, including scan configuration, schedules, authentication, asset coverage, reporting, and dashboards.
•Perform and coordinate vulnerability assessments across infrastructure, workplace, and internet-facing assets to ensure accurate scan results.
•Provide operational support for vulnerability management activities, including ad-hoc scans, report generation, user account administration, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution.
•Analyze vulnerability findings, validate results (including false positives), and ensure vulnerabilities are categorized and assigned for remediation.
•Work with infrastructure, cloud, network, and workplace teams to review reports, support remediation planning, enforce SLA compliance, and track/ escalate overdue remediation; produce monthly metrics and governance materials.

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of hands-on vulnerability management experience in a large enterprise environment.
•Experience working with global organizations to drive vulnerability remediation across multiple stakeholder groups.
•Strong experience with vulnerability assessment and management platforms (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management).
•Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
