Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic administrative support to the Chief Product Officer and other senior executives by managing complex calendars, prioritizing meetings, and ensuring day-to-day operations.
  • •Prepare executive meeting materials, manage action items, and draft communications to ensure leaders are well-prepared for decisions and presentations.
  • •Coordinate domestic and international travel, expense reporting, executive meetings, offsites, All Hands, and organizational events with high attention to detail.
