Sr. Credit & Collections Specialist

Manage timely collections for North America customer accounts receivable, including multi-million-dollar transactions and delinquency follow-up. Resolve billing issues, provide weekly and quarterly AR metrics, and coordinate with Order Management and Accounting teams to ensure accurate cash application. Conduct outbound collection calls and emails, support license key extensions tied to payments, and prepare cash flow forecasts and required reports. This is a corporate-office role (not a call center).
