Job Summary

Senior Consultant in the Real Estate Advisory team helping clients transform how they use buildings. You will conduct research and analysis to develop business cases and estate strategies, apply HM Treasury 5-Case logic, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver value across health, education, defence, local and central government, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and develop tailored real estate solutions.
•Conduct in-depth research and analysis (e.g., feasibility studies) to support business cases and estate solutions.
•Provide expert advice on latest real estate and sector industry trends.
•Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
•Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and prepare compelling proposals.

Key Requirements

•Essential: In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry.
•Essential: 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment.
•Essential: Proven experience of authoring strategic documentation including Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies for Real Estate change and investment.
•Essential: Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model.
•Essential: Knowledge of, and Track Record within, at least one of the following industries – Defence / Local Government / Central Government / Healthcare / Education/ Commercial, including an understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procurement.
