Define and lead investment needs and the master-of-works activities for the Laminage scope under the Industrial Director. Lead the investment roadmap, translate business needs into projects, and build and defend business cases (budget, stakes, ROI). Coordinate internal and external project teams, track KPI performance, manage project validation milestones, support installation start-up, ensure expected performance, and close out projects as the Laminage technical expert.
