Job Summary

Own plant process performance by defining standard operating procedures, running process trials, and leading continuous improvement projects to raise productivity, product quality, and process capability. Oversee HSE and 5S execution, generate management performance reports, and support commissioning and equipment planning. Use SAP for master data and shop-floor data accuracy, troubleshoot quality issues, and drive cost reduction through scrap control, Lean/Six Sigma methods, and SPC tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee activities in the assigned area to meet performance objectives, and supervise implementation of section policies, processes, and procedures.
•Support HSE culture and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and standards, including 5S activities.
•Provide accurate, timely performance and management reports, including monthly output/quality/safety/5S status and machinery commissioning reports.
•Plan and determine requirements for new machinery/equipment; select and inspect machinery and support commissioning, refurbishing, repair, or upgrades with vendors.
•Analyze process problems and quality deviations, conduct cause analysis, run process trials, and implement continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with good knowledge of statistical software such as Minitab.
•Green Belt in Six Sigma with exposure to advanced Kaizen, Process Re-engineering, and Lean Manufacturing.
•4–6 years of relevant professional experience in process, production, and industrial engineering in manufacturing.
•Experience using SAP as an advanced user in an ERP environment.
•Domain management, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to identify latent process problems independently.
