Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee activities in the assigned area to meet performance objectives, and supervise implementation of section policies, processes, and procedures.
  • •Support HSE culture and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and standards, including 5S activities.
  • •Provide accurate, timely performance and management reports, including monthly output/quality/safety/5S status and machinery commissioning reports.
  • •Plan and determine requirements for new machinery/equipment; select and inspect machinery and support commissioning, refurbishing, repair, or upgrades with vendors.
  • •Analyze process problems and quality deviations, conduct cause analysis, run process trials, and implement continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with good knowledge of statistical software such as Minitab.
  • •Green Belt in Six Sigma with exposure to advanced Kaizen, Process Re-engineering, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • •4–6 years of relevant professional experience in process, production, and industrial engineering in manufacturing.
  • •Experience using SAP as an advanced user in an ERP environment.
  • •Domain management, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to identify latent process problems independently.
