Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a thought partner for the Strategic Partnership team by supporting negotiations, managing the process, and reviewing/drafting agreements.
  • •Advise and support the product team, local legal teams, support functions, Airwallex management, and the Legal, Risk, and Compliance Department.
  • •Coordinate with local counsel across jurisdictions globally to determine and devise optimal paths to market from legal and regulatory perspectives.
  • •Liaise with senior stakeholders of the Airwallex group across the world.
  • •Manage external counsel and consultants on regulatory matters.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a lawyer at a top firm, in-house, or a combination of both.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Ability to support product in an advisory role and handle commercial documents and terms.
