Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage the TRO lifecycle, including drafting documents, collating information, and supporting the legal consultation process.
  • •Prioritize tasks independently to meet deadlines and ensure accurate, timely progress of TROs.
  • •Interpret and analyse maps, drawings and technical plans to support TRO preparation and review.
  • •Engage with stakeholders including developers, engineers, legal teams, councillors and the public to provide information and gather input.
  • •Prepare clear written communications and supporting documentation for Legal Services to draft the TRO and public notice, plus reports/responses to inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •Reading and interpreting maps, plans and technical drawings with confidence.
  • •Methodical, organized and detail-focused approach to work and ability to manage workloads independently.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Experience with MS Office and digital mapping tools.
  • •Experience in TROs, highways, planning or transport-related work (desirable)
