Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure smooth end-to-end plant operations to deliver timely, quality products to sales and customers.
  • •Lead and drive implementation of the Oracle manufacturing system.
  • •Manage liaison and support to third-party/toll manufacturing customers and oversee vendor/service provider selection, evaluation, and development.
  • •Set up and operate logistics and up-country stock points inventory control and monitoring.
  • •Ensure safe plant operations and Loss Control through adherence to regulations and coordination with HSE authorities, while participating in HSE management system development.

Key Requirements

  • •A university graduate in Chemical Engineering.
  • •10–15 years of experience in the lubricants industry (or similar), with at least 7–10 years in production, logistics, and quality systems and controls.
  • •Exposure to QHSE quality systems is preferred.
  • •Strong people management skills with ability to train, develop, and motivate staff.
  • •Experience ensuring safe plant operations by adhering to group/local regulations and coordinating with HSE authorities.
