Key Responsibilities

•Coach and mentor managers and rising leaders to grow skills and effectiveness.
•Provide guidance on change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, innovation, creativity, problem solving, and time management.
•Help clients develop fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation to work smarter.
•Support career growth through resume review, LinkedIn review, and networking strategy.
•Host virtual sessions, set personal hours and rates, and partner with Leland’s team to deliver a high-quality experience.

Key Requirements

•Experienced general management background working with managers or rising leaders.
•Experience coaching or mentoring others, with a structured approach to complex organizational challenges.
•Ability to coach on change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and ethical leadership.
•Experience supporting innovation and creativity, problem solving, and time management for clients or teams.
•Ability to help clients build fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation, along with career growth support (resume/LinkedIn and networking strategy).
