  • •Host virtual sessions, set personal hours and rates, and partner with Leland’s team to deliver a high-quality experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced general management background working with managers or rising leaders.
  • •Experience coaching or mentoring others, with a structured approach to complex organizational challenges.
  • •Ability to coach on change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and ethical leadership.
  • •Experience supporting innovation and creativity, problem solving, and time management for clients or teams.
  • •Ability to help clients build fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation, along with career growth support (resume/LinkedIn and networking strategy).
