Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and run housekeeping, public areas, laundry, and florist operations in an efficient and cost-controlled manner across two properties.
  • •Ensure highest standards of cleanliness for guest rooms, public areas, and linens to meet arrival and ongoing service expectations.
  • •Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance with resort rules and LQA standards, and maintain guest satisfaction.
  • •Hire, supervise, and train housekeeping personnel; measure and correct working standards and maintain strong relationships across departments.
  • •Control department purchases and labour costs, oversee annual budgeting and linen requisition, coordinate maintenance, and manage lost-and-found processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ability to successfully lead, train and motivate colleagues.
  • •Previous management experience in Housekeeping is a must.
  • •Luxury hotel brand experience preferred.
  • •Expertise in interior design and aesthetics in a luxury brand environment.
  • •Strong administration, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
