Key Responsibilities

  • •Orchestrate end-to-end partner relationships for permanently assigned seller partners to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain a multi-year partner business development plan focused on the Customer Value Journey.
  • •Create and execute an ambitious yet realistic partner business plan and ensure delivery on commitments.
  • •Drive indirect business by enabling partner-led demand generation, sales, and post-sales support across SAP’s portfolio.
  • •Coach and guide partners to own sales performance and pipeline development, supporting partner autonomy.

  • •Ensure exceptional partner experience across all partner engagements with SAP.
  • •Conduct disciplined joint business planning with partners to expand their SAP business with a multi-year development plan.
  • •Support partners in building transformational go-to-market plans to differentiate and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • •Evangelize SAP opportunities in financial terms (potential revenue, partner investment, break-even, and ROI) to drive partner adoption.
  • •Identify partner competency gaps and proactively develop cloud-ready partner capabilities across presales, sales, and post-sales.
