Key Responsibilities

  • •Own, design, and continuously evolve the global performance steering framework (KPIs, scorecards, escalation triggers, and review cadence) across claims provider categories.
  • •Define criteria for strategic vs non-strategic provider treatment and set global standards for benchmarking, analytics, and reporting.
  • •Lead the performance dialogue and steering cycle for strategic providers, including negotiating KPIs/SLAs, running business reviews, and driving corrective action plans.
  • •Build and maintain senior-level relationships with strategic provider partners, including scouting, onboarding, and exit decisions with market teams.
  • •Monitor market adherence for non-strategic providers, provide tooling/templates/escalation paths, and intervene when deviations materially impact performance thresholds.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or university degree in a related field.
  • •Significant experience managing claims providers/vendors, procurement, or partnerships in insurance or a comparable regulated industry.
  • •Proven track record designing and leading performance management frameworks across a multi-market, multi-vendor portfolio.
  • •Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to influence and steer internal and external partners toward strategic objectives.
  • •Strong analytical skills to make good, timely, data-driven decisions.
