Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evangelize the long-term product and technology vision for supply chain modernization and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and market dynamics.
  • •Shape and execute transformation roadmaps, balancing results and innovation while translating ambiguous business challenges into cohesive product strategies.
  • •Lead business acumen and strategy by simplifying and modernizing supply chain planning processes and making data-informed product decisions (backlog grooming, reprioritization, technical resourcing, roadmap acceleration).
  • •Drive leadership and change enablement by inspiring and mentoring product managers and coordinating cross-functional alignment through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Own product backlog and release planning, collaborate with engineering and data science teams on architecture and product quality, and use data analytics to define success metrics tied to business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •13+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or related strategic roles, with substantial focus on supply chain, digital platforms, or enterprise-scale systems, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • •Extensive portfolio/enterprise-level B2B or digital product management experience in supply chain, marketplace, or large-scale digital commerce, with end-to-end supply chain, seller ecosystem, and platform economics knowledge.
  • •Proven ability to lead large, distributed organizations through complex transformational change at executive level, influencing decisions and building consensus.
  • •Advanced understanding of MLOps, AI/ML, data science platforms, cloud-native architectures, agile-at-scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS), and quality methodologies (design thinking, Six Sigma, lean product development).
  • •Exceptional ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into executive narratives that drive alignment, investment, and action.
