Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations, coordination, and execution of all onsite productions for assigned locations.
  • •Serve as the first-tier escalation point for service needs, manage AVI-SPL staff onsite, and implement training programs for personnel capability development.
  • •Collaborate with client events teams on the technical broadcast approach and design for productions at the assigned location.
  • •Manage production schedules, staff/resource allocations, relationships with vendors, and run weekly production meetings to track progress and issues.
  • •Coordinate technical production needs for events, facilitate equipment rentals and supplemental requirements, oversee postproduction delivery of recordings, and review event metrics/feedback for improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in live event production, event coordination, broadcast, audio/visual, and video production (or similar).
  • •3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams onsite, virtual, and hybrid live events, including database/scheduling management and coordinating logistics with vendors/entities.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of traditional event production, broadcast, and digital equipment.
  • •Ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude during high-pressure situations and communicate challenging aspects to clients with confidence and leadership.
  • •Strong organization and detail orientation, with the ability to work well both independently and in a team; includes collecting/analyzing metrics and recommending continuous improvements.
