•Own end-to-end delivery accountability for the multi-year Operations Modernization Roadmap, ensuring initiatives are sequenced, resourced, and executed on plan
•Serve as the single DRI for ops modernization delivery outcomes; velocity, quality, and governance
•Drive execution across cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and third-party vendors, removing blockers and escalating risks before they impact delivery
•Establish and maintain a prioritized delivery backlog aligned to corporate goals, financial product launches, and operational efficiency targets
•Lead critical delivery discussions across organizational lines, resolving impediments and aligning competing priorities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•11+ years of experience leading and directing large-scale IT solution delivery and transformation programs.
•Deep experience with agile delivery at scale (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent) and ability to operate at both program and team levels.
•Proven ability to drive execution in a matrixed organization, influencing without direct authority and aligning cross-functional teams.
•Experience with legacy modernization, cloud migration (AWS preferred), and decommissioning programs.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
