  • •Own end-to-end delivery accountability for the multi-year Operations Modernization Roadmap, ensuring initiatives are sequenced, resourced, and executed on plan
  • •Serve as the single DRI for ops modernization delivery outcomes; velocity, quality, and governance
  • •Drive execution across cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and third-party vendors, removing blockers and escalating risks before they impact delivery
  • •Establish and maintain a prioritized delivery backlog aligned to corporate goals, financial product launches, and operational efficiency targets
  • •Lead critical delivery discussions across organizational lines, resolving impediments and aligning competing priorities

Key Requirements

  • •11+ years of experience leading and directing large-scale IT solution delivery and transformation programs.
  • •Deep experience with agile delivery at scale (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent) and ability to operate at both program and team levels.
  • •Proven ability to drive execution in a matrixed organization, influencing without direct authority and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience with legacy modernization, cloud migration (AWS preferred), and decommissioning programs.
