Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems.
  • •Use service assurance software/tools to investigate, diagnose, collect performance statistics, and create reports.
  • •Maintain secure, accurate, complete, and current configuration items (CIs), and track/log correct information to protect assets from unauthorized change.
  • •Monitor service delivery against SLAs, analyze service records, and initiate or report actions to maintain or improve service levels.
  • •Escalate unresolved incidents, coordinate repair/next steps with relevant teams, and document/close resolved incidents per procedures while providing feedback to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
  • •Moderate experience in security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, and Proxy.
  • •Moderate experience in technical support, diagnosis, and troubleshooting for clients.
  • •Moderate experience providing remote support in security technologies.
  • •Professional-level certifications in security technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba, Blue Coat) such as CCNP, JNCIP, ACCP, PCNSP, or CCSP.
