Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with the sales team, agents and Aramex offices to ensure RFQs are answered and targets are achieved.
  • •Communicate to sales, agents and Aramex offices about new offers and promotions for customers.
  • •Approach airlines and vendors for net cost and negotiate in line with airline policies to reduce costs.
  • •Maintain good relationships with airlines, trucking suppliers, and packing companies for proper handling.
  • •Upload quotations on the system and follow shipments with airlines and vendors on a day-to-day basis, including payment flows and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •0-1 year relevant experience in freight forwarding, preferably Export Air freight
  • •Bachelor’s degree in logistics is preferable
  • •Experience with directly handling airline bookings
  • •Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced formulas/macros
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
