Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive platform reliability by troubleshooting complex production issues and supporting on-call rotations to identify end-user problems.
  • •Lead postmortems and write root cause analysis for production incidents.
  • •Automate infrastructure provisioning using configuration management tools.
  • •Apply operational good practices including environment monitoring, deployment automation, security hardening, activity auditing, and configuration management.
  • •Manage Kubernetes clusters and assist with automation development using configuration management tools and scripts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
  • •3-4 years of recent Linux/Unix administration.
  • •3-4 years of scripting experience (Python, Bash, Groovy, etc.).
  • •Experience with CI/CD workflows and version control (Git, GitHub).
  • •Expertise administering and securing Enterprise Jenkins or GitHub Actions; experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes.
