  • •Set strategy and drive execution across a portfolio of marketing platforms, maintaining platform operations at high standards of security, compliance, reliability, and governance.
  • •Lead the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of the digital marketing platform portfolio, including customer data platforms, marketing automation, personalization, consent management, and pipeline infrastructure.
  • •Lead personalization and decisioning capabilities across web, email, events, developer journeys, and content recommendations with measurable business outcomes.
  • •Scale self-service data and agentic analytics experiences so marketers can access trusted campaign, audience, event, and account insights faster.
  • •Set standards for platform reliability, observability, incident response, release management, and deployment while partnering with Legal, Privacy, and Security.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • •12+ years in software or platform engineering, including 5+ years leading managers, senior engineers, and external partners.
  • •Experience developing technical leaders and guiding distributed teams through organizational and technology change.
  • •Deep expertise in microservices and distributed systems architecture, including setting technical standards and designing robust API-first platform services.
  • •Strong expertise in modern data architecture across cloud-native production environments, event pipelines, database design (relational and NoSQL), data quality/governance, observability, and production operations.
