Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support cost estimate development during the proposal phase.
  • •Identify and qualify suppliers/subcontractors and drive use of preferred suppliers and negotiated catalogues.
  • •Create requests for quotation, review and evaluate bids, and negotiate price and delivery-related terms to achieve savings.
  • •Establish a detailed procurement plan post-booking and create purchasing/contract renewals schedules with operations.
  • •Convert requisitions to purchase orders and monitor subcontractor performance, communicating with operations and taking action per subcontract terms.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant supply chain qualifications (e.g., MCIOB).
  • •Experience in a Purchasing, Supply Chain and/or Materials Management environment required.
  • •Experience in the Facilities Management/construction industry required.
  • •At least 5–7 years’ experience in the Main-Con or GC ecosystem in Singapore.
  • •Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and local language capability (Chinese) is an advantage.
