  • •Audit current finance workflows and design a modern operating model to eliminate slow, manual processes.
  • •Implement a modern ERP and finance automation stack to support high-velocity API transaction volumes.
  • •Accelerate month-end close to under five business days within your first year.
  • •Build self-serve financial reporting dashboards so the CEO and commercial leaders can own their metrics.
  • •Own UAE compliance and internal controls, including statutory reporting, auditors/banks management, prepaid float management, FX exposure, and multi-currency reconciliation.

  • •Design robust internal controls focused on prepaid product float management, FX exposure, and multi-currency treasury reconciliation.
