Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily payroll activities to ensure production of assigned payrolls, including complex and year-end tasks.
  • •Review adjustment requests to ensure compliance with corporate policies, employment tax, and payroll laws.
  • •Respond to employee queries explaining pay impacts of policies, tax law, and related changes.
  • •Record monthly payroll metrics and analyse policies/procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • •Coordinate with vendors and finance, support system testing and payroll implementations/projects, and review team members’ payroll inputs and calculations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of payroll experience dealing with multiple countries (desirable).
  • •End-to-end APAC payroll experience, including India retiral administration, ideally in a vendor-based model.
  • •Strong understanding of statutory compliances for the region.
  • •Experience with payroll processing activities such as payroll production and reconciliation.
  • •Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
