Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities, translating business objectives into learning solutions.
  • •Design, develop, and curate learning programs across multiple formats, including e-learning, instructor-led training, workshops, and coaching/mentoring.
  • •Create and oversee learning content (presentations, training materials, job aids, online modules, and assessment tools) aligned to learning objectives.
  • •Facilitate interactive training sessions in-person and virtually, and coach team members to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • •Manage learning platforms and vendor relationships; define evaluation strategies, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement through stakeholder collaboration.
