Field Mechanic

Maintain and troubleshoot heavy equipment used in highway and aggregate operations, including dump trucks, pavers, milling and reclaim machines, loaders, graders, dozers, and rollers. Work both in the field/on jobsites and in the shop as needed, examining equipment damage and coordinating with superintendents, operators, and project managers. Ensure equipment team safety and compliance, and stay current on new technology with equipment manufacturers.
