Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel in the field and on jobsites and work in the shop as needed (CDL a plus).
  • •Troubleshoot and maintain heavy equipment including dump trucks, pavers, reclaim and milling machines, loaders, graders, dozers, and rollers.
  • •Examine equipment and discuss the nature and extent of damage or malfunction with the superintendent, operator, or project manager.
  • •Plan work procedures and possible solutions, such as part redesign, substitution of material or parts, or rearrangement of parts or subassemblies.
  • •Ensure equipment team engagement in safety best practices and compliance with company policies and safety rules.
