Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement AI solutions that help clients turn data into action for the CMS HOM program.
  • •Accelerate AI capability adoption by integrating advanced AI across the client suite and evaluating AI coding tools.
  • •Develop custom and vendor/COTS AI solutions hands-on from prototype through production.
  • •Implement GenAI with LLMs and RAG to deliver precise, data-driven responses, including automated program tracking and intelligent classification/knowledge management.
  • •Build an agentic framework for service ticket management, account administration, and intelligent journey orchestration.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of experience as a data scientist deploying AI/ML production solutions.
  • •Strong AI/ML coding ability, independently implementing custom and vendor solutions and using AI coding tools.
  • •Experience with generative AI using large language models (LLMs) and implementing systems with ML/statistical rigor.
  • •Expertise with AI/ML cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and a Python/SQL data science stack, including ML libraries and statistical/experimental design.
