Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the team to keep sound/light technicians and artists synced during the show.
  • •Assist technicians during rehearsals.
  • •Help lay down the dance floor (Marley) and set up scenic elements with the support crew.
  • •Partner with the Producer to manage technical operations on-site.
  • •Troubleshoot minor technical issues and complete show wrap-up, including workspace cleanliness and equipment inventory updates.

  • •Hands-on experience laying, taping, and packing Marley/Harlequin dance floors safely.
  • •Familiarity with basic stage lighting, sound systems, and stage-tech terminology.
  • •Strict attention to pre-show checklists (e.g., battery charging schedules, LED costume tests, voltage checks).
  • •Comfort working flexible evening/weekend hours with physical stamina for setup and teardown.
