Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee operations and programs at their work location, coordinating with other coordinators for larger facilities.
  • •Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that support employee professional development and continuous learning.
  • •Direct long- and short-term strategic planning, budgeting, and development/implementation of operating policies in line with company objectives.
  • •Oversee construction operations including operational phases, contractor schedules, negotiations, contract preparation, and cost estimation.
