Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze IAM requirements and design IAM solutions that meet business requirements and security standards.
  • •Conduct risk assessments to identify IAM vulnerabilities and define mitigation strategies.
  • •Implement and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and controls aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • •Administer IAM systems day to day, including user account management, access provisioning/deprovisioning, authorization matrices, recertifications, password resets, and audit logs.
  • •Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM issues, collaborate with IT/Security/Business teams, and maintain documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience with IAM systems and technologies, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
  • •Hands-on experience with IAM protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP, plus SSO, MFA, and IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping, Azure AD).
  • •Experience with Active Directory, CyberArk PIM, and ServiceNow would be a plus.
  • •In-depth understanding of IAM security concepts and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPPA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, COBIT) with the ability to design compliant IAM solutions.
