  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates to achieve inspection center production targets.
  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the inspection center safely while meeting production and quality goals.

  • •Provide coaching, performance management, and clear communication of expectations, performance measures, and goals.
