Job Summary

Own and grow Mixpanel’s solution partner and channel ecosystem across Southeast Asia and India. Recruit and enable partners, build partner-specific business plans and joint GTM motions, and generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and resell revenue. Partner closely with regional Account Executives and Sales leaders to embed partners into account planning, accelerate co-selling, negotiate agreements, and drive measurable forecast impact using partner and revenue tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and grow a portfolio of solution, channel, and reseller partners across SEA and India to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and resell revenue.
•Define the Ideal Partner Profile for SEA and India and lead structured outreach to recruit solution integrators, digital agencies, consultancies, and specialist analytics partners.
•Build partner-specific business plans and develop joint GTM plans with partners, including shared value propositions, co-sell motions, investment commitments, and outcomes.
•Negotiate partnership agreements and create repeatable partner motions (account mapping, referral generation, reseller and services-led motions, campaigns, and event-based demand generation).
•Work with Account Executives and Sales leaders to align partners to priority accounts, enable partner teams, manage PRM workflows, and maintain reporting in Salesforce/PartnerStack and partner systems.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, with 3+ years building Agency, Consulting, or Channel Partner GTM motions.
•Experience building, managing, or scaling partner relationships across Southeast Asia and India and generating pipeline via resellers, agencies, consultancies, and systems integrators.
•A track record driving partner-sourced pipeline and running effective co-sell programs.
•Strong commercial instincts across pipeline creation, opportunity progression, forecasting, partner-sourced revenue, and deal acceleration.
•Experience structuring and negotiating partnership agreements, including co-sell commitments and commercial incentives.
