Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment and related components using drawings, manuals, and verbal direction.
  • •Troubleshoot malfunctions and initiate follow-up actions as required to correct HVAC/R issues.
  • •Maintain, repair, adjust, and replace HVAC/R controls, including DDC and pneumatic systems.
  • •Perform installations and modifications to HVAC-related piping and equipment; calculate heating/cooling load data as needed.
  • •Maintain work area and tools, follow safety rules, retrieve materials/stock, and maintain records.
