Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and engage with cross-functional and market teams to capture and develop user requirements and support product owners with backlog prioritization.
  • •Use storyboarding, task analysis, and user research to identify improvement opportunities and execute changes across Agile development and release planning.
  • •Document design options and recommendations by engaging with channel, technology, digital, and legal, risk and compliance teams.
  • •Explore data to generate actionable insights and make product recommendations using funnels, cohort analyses, user segmentation, and regression models.
  • •Drive testing and change adoption through user acceptance criteria, UAT execution support, defects follow-up, and user training sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate with a degree in Business or Technology-related discipline.
  • •3 years in business analysis is preferred but not required.
  • •Good understanding of change methodology frameworks and Agile methodologies.
  • •Experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity across business, operations, and technology projects.
  • •Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, with good command of written and spoken English.
