Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day staffing and deployment of teams across the U.S. Strategy & Communications business.
  • •Partner with senior leaders to align talent to client work, balancing priorities, capacity, and skillsets.
  • •Provide visibility into team availability, utilization, skills, experience, and preferences, and support transitions across projects and accounts.
  • •Drive visibility into utilization, capacity, and staffing trends; support forecasting and workforce planning aligned to pipeline and revenue expectations.
  • •Own and enhance staffing-related data, reporting, dashboards, and tools; identify and implement improvements to staffing processes and ways of working.
