Job Summary

Lead BIM implementation for Data Center projects, developing delivery strategy and coordinating BIM execution and project delivery with project leadership. Establish and administer a Common Data Environment (CDE) such as ACC, manage BIM execution documents (BEP, MIDP, MPDT), and set up data-integrated workflows. Oversee digital technology and smart object content using Autodesk Content Catalog, ensure digital QA/QC and model compliance via KPIs, and collaborate across Romania and global teams.

•Establish and administer the CDE and support efficient management of multi-stakeholder projects.
•Coordinate BIM execution and project delivery with project leadership.
•Create and maintain industry framework documents (BEP, MIDP, MPDT, appendices).
•Oversee digital technology and content management, deploy Autodesk Content Catalog, and administer digital QA procedures including model compliance checks and KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

•Comprehensive knowledge of the ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standards.
•Minimum 10 years of industry experience in BIM and digital delivery, including prior formal multidiscipline BIM Manager/Coordinator experience on Buildings projects.
•Experience managing and delivering project information on multidisciplinary Buildings projects with geographically dispersed teams.
•Experience delivering BIM data from Buildings design tools, including Revit and/or Civil 3D.
•Experience with a Common Data Environment such as ACC and advanced use of coordination/clash detection tools like Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, or ACC Model Coordination.
