Key Responsibilities

  • •Define how claims are handled across every line of business and ensure the framework holds as the company scales.
  • •Set operational metrics the claims team runs on and ensure they are trustworthy for action.
  • •Translate frontline observations into a clear product agenda and collaborate with the product team to deliver it.
  • •Own rollout and adoption of new product features so they change how the team works.
  • •Own the operational relationship with clients through onboarding and beyond.
