Job Summary

Lead affiliate growth strategy for OKX in the MENA region, identifying and engaging crypto partners to drive user acquisition and expand the platform. Build and manage a scalable affiliate network with influencers and KOLs, nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, plan online and offline campaigns, and raise brand awareness across regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and develop affiliates with communities and relationships that consist of HNW clients and professional traders
•Manage and enhance relationships with HNW clients in MENA, being in contact with them frequently, build partnerships with influencers for the purpose of user acquisition
•Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers/KOLs or media channels
•Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand
•Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates/KOLs and acquire users

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX or any related space, with a track record in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
•Experience in business development or affiliate management
•Solid connections in the region with HNW clients and professional traders
•Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
•Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
