Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the Digital Solutions Delivery strategy, operating model, delivery governance, and annual business plan aligned to the organization’s digital solutions strategy.
  • •Own the end-to-end digital delivery pipeline from solution handover and contract review through mobilization, implementation, acceptance, transition to operations, and project closure.
  • •Establish engagement delivery plans (scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, budget, risks, quality controls, security requirements, acceptance criteria, and transition arrangements) and chair governance forums.
  • •Lead execution of contracted digital solutions across process & automation, experience management, application modernization (microservices, API management, containerization, cloud-native migration), and immersive/next-generation (XR, drone-enabled) experiences.
  • •Own delivery budgeting and financial performance (forecast, revenue recognition, margin, billing milestones, utilization, subcontractor spend, and change orders) and lead organizational people development and capability building.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years leading complex digital-transformation, technology-delivery, systems-integration, or professional-services programmes.
  • •Manage a multi-project or enterprise digital portfolio across budgets, client contracts, delivery governance, risks, resources, and commercial performance.
  • •Lead delivery across one or more areas such as intelligent process automation, customer/employee experience platforms, application modernization, microservices, APIs, cloud-native transformation, and containerization.
  • •Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams across delivery, architecture, engineering, UX/automation, cloud specialists, and partners.
  • •Experience with enterprise clients and senior executive stakeholders and strong knowledge of delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, SAFe, hybrid programme management, DevSecOps, and IT service-management practices.
