Key Responsibilities

  • •Own SWP rolling monthly forecasts and annual plan; run the forecast and close and resolve accounting issues to maintain defensible SWP financials.
  • •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis and present the financial story and “why” behind results to SWP leadership.
  • •Serve as the financial owner of SWP cloud and tooling spend, tracking consumption, reconciling provider/vendor data to the GL, and surfacing unit economics and cost drivers.
  • •Build, maintain, and defend SWP’s cost allocation methodology for business lines that consume it, making it transparent and explainable.
  • •Establish and continuously improve financial processes, models, and reporting; lead ad-hoc strategic analyses and recommendations for leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 77,000 - 102,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2-6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance/FP&A, business partner finance, investment banking, consulting, equity research, or a related analytical field.
  • •A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling with strong financial acumen.
  • •Ability to work independently and own end-to-end deliverables in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing deadlines.
