Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and nurture stakeholder relationships across EMEA teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product) to collaborate on recruitment efforts.
  • •Oversee candidate pipeline and lead full-cycle recruitment, focusing primarily on strategic recruitment across EMEA.
  • •Partner with business leaders to align on hiring strategies, meet quarterly hiring targets, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • •Explore and implement creative approaches to attract and engage active and passive candidates.
  • •Enhance the recruiting function by introducing innovative practices and processes to support continuous improvement.
