Join Clio’s EMEA Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract and help scale hiring across the region. You’ll own stakeholder relationships, manage a robust candidate pipeline, and lead full-cycle recruiting with a focus on strategic, complex roles. Partner with business leaders to set hiring strategies and meet quarterly targets while bringing creative sourcing and engagement approaches, data-driven process improvements, and a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and nurture stakeholder relationships across EMEA teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product) to collaborate on recruitment efforts.
•Oversee candidate pipeline and lead full-cycle recruitment, focusing primarily on strategic recruitment across EMEA.
•Partner with business leaders to align on hiring strategies, meet quarterly hiring targets, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
•Explore and implement creative approaches to attract and engage active and passive candidates.
•Enhance the recruiting function by introducing innovative practices and processes to support continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 71,200 - 96,400 annually

•Ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions and optimize recruitment processes through behavioral changes.
•Demonstrated consultative, problem-solving approach with urgency and ownership across the full recruitment lifecycle.
