Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all e-commerce fulfilment operation centers and coordinate with the last mile team to ensure timely handover of orders
  • •Monitor and ensure proper arrangement of dark stores and stock levels to meet demand
  • •Coordinate operations with IT, HO e-merchandise, and HO Services teams to ensure smooth workflows and policy compliance
  • •Identify and resolve logistics, operations, and system-process hurdles, implementing QC audits for delivery accuracy
  • •Oversee performance management processes, attendance and disciplinary actions, and budget adherence to support annual budgeting and financial targets

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce or Business Administration
  • •5 to 8 years of professional work experience in logistics and supply chain
  • •Experience in E-commerce fulfillment and last-mile operations
  • •Retail experience is a plus
  • •Strong budget management and performance monitoring capabilities
