Job Summary

Join the Growth team to design self-serve, product-led experiences that drive customer acquisition, conversion, onboarding (NUX), and personalization. You’ll own funnel optimization and guided-flow design, leverage AI to create personalized experiences, and run experiments such as A/B testing. Partner across disciplines to translate quantitative and qualitative insights into testable product improvements, while advocating for users through UX research and design documentation.

•Facilitate workshops, participate in UX research, and advocate for users while managing stakeholder feedback and challenging assumptions.

•Experience with onboarding and merchandising surfaces and comfort with iterative experimentation, including A/B testing.
•Ability to independently identify, conduct, and apply UX research and testing insights.
•Strong craft and design judgment in complex, fast-paced environments, with an understanding of contemporary design patterns.
