  • •Define and set strategic direction for PCB commodity sourcing.
  • •Collaborate with Business Unit partners to map long-term requirements into supply base offering, roadmap gap closure, and optimal component selection.
  • •Implement sourcing decisions, including risk assessment/mitigation and development of alternate technical solutions.
  • •Lead large, complex programs spanning multiple locations and Business Units.
  • •Independently resolve large-scale project issues and manage partner concerns across Cisco; international travel might be required.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience, possibly combining engineering design and business strategy experience.
  • •PCB product manufacturing and laminate technology/industry experience is required.
  • •Technical knowledge of PCB technologies including Line Card, Backplane, Rigid/Flex/HDI, Laminates, and Glass cloth.
  • •Extensive business strategy and implementation knowledge.
