Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and assess construction progress against project schedule and budget.
  • •Coordinate with project management teams and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion execution.
  • •Provide technical guidance to construction teams across pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.
  • •Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • •Maintain accurate records and documentation of completion activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering (or related).
  • •Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in onshore construction and completions.
  • •Experience with Engineering Procurement Construction and Installation (EPCI) projects.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of completion systems and procedures, including pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.
  • •Familiarity with industry codes and standards (e.g., API and ASME), plus excellent communication skills.
