Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage a global pipeline of foreign government and military opportunities across all regions.
  • •Lead responses to RFIs/RFPs and formal government procurement processes in partnership with technical and proposal teams.
  • •Develop deep expertise in foreign government/military satcom procurement (budget cycles, procurement law, offsets, decision structures) and apply it to capture strategy.
  • •Build senior relationships with defense/government stakeholders, attachĂ©s, primes, and channel partners.
  • •Travel internationally and extensively to support business development, negotiations, and customer relationships; deliver pipeline forecasting and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record selling to foreign militaries or international government agencies, with satcom/defense/secure communications preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of government/military procurement, including RFI/RFP cycles.
  • •Existing network within target markets’ defense and procurement communities.
  • •Comfort with international travel on short notice; foreign language proficiency strongly preferred.
  • •Technical fluency to speak credibly on satcom architecture and capacity, with comfort operating in an ITAR/EAR environment.
